      A Taste of What You'll Do

      Join our team as a Forklift Operator and play an important role in keeping operations moving safely and efficiently. You’ll operate a clamp or forklift to pick customer orders, load and unload trucks and rail cars, and put away finished goods, while also helping maintain a clean, organized workspace by operating floor scrubbers and following established safety practices. You’ll learn and apply standard processes, use our warehouse management system for scanning LPNs and inventory tasks, and support cycle counts and quality checks to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

      We value continuous learning and teamwork; you’ll receive training on equipment like stretch wrappers and the WMS, participate in improving training materials, and contribute to process improvements that reduce costs and improve customer service. Strong communication, a sense of urgency, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively across Operations and Supply Chain help drive success in this role. You’ll be expected to follow safe operating procedures, support safety programs, and uphold quality and environmental standards every day.

      What You'll Need

      • High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 1 year previous forklift, clamp lift or heavy machinery operations experience.
      • Required to learn and successfully pass skills demonstrations tests, earning a minimum of 3 skills within 24 months from hire.
      • Required to work overtime as needed.
      • Required to work any assigned shift.
      • Required to lift and move up to 60 lbs.
      • Required to be physically capable of executing all essential functions of the job.
      • Must be able to certify and re-certify Clamp Driver skills attained, as required.
      • Must be able to operate and utilize the computerized inventory system.
      • Accepts constructive feedback and alters behavior accordingly.
      • Required to comply with company GMP policies.
      • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
      • Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
