      ⠀We currently have vacancies in our warehouse department working a 12 hour days, nights and weekend shift pattern.

      • To receive, handle and despatch goods safely and accurately at the lowest cost, by best use of the warehouse management system.
      • To carry out tasks that contributes to the overall duties of safe and efficient warehousing. This is to include storage, handling, picking and locating of all finished goods, empty pallets and raw materials on both sites in accordance with Quality Procedures, Environmental Procedures and Health and Safety Procedures.

      Main Responsibilities

      • Work with a RF scanning system to complete tasks as issued through the warehouse management system, on a timely basis to meet production and despatch deadlines.
      • To liaise with all relevant departments and job functions in order to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouses.
      • To liaise with the Team Leader on the reporting, corrective action or preventative measures required overcoming any issues, which may affect the efficient operation within the warehouse.
      • To maintain administrative procedures for the efficient running of the warehouse.
      • To perform Internal Safety Audits as required.
      • To participate in continuous improvement activities to improve the efficiency and safety of the warehouse.
      • To operate the mechanical handling equipment safely and conform with all safety requirements associated with the equipment – Reach, counterbalance.
      • To comply with Health and Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and general housekeeping policies and procedures.

      The successful candidate will have experience of working within a warehouse environment. You must have a full clean UK driving license and be qualified to GCSE level education Grade C and above in Maths and English or equivalent.

      You must have a current Reach FLT license for the Holbrook role (internal) or current counterbalance FLT license for Grange (external) role.
