  Join our team and earn $17.50 per hour!

  Pitney Bowes is now hiring for Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Operator in our Whitestown, IN Facility.

  1st shift M-F 7AM to 3:30PM

  You will:

  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Label and stack merchandise correctly to maximize warehouse storage space.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies, damage, or defects.
  • Ensure that all outgoing products are correctly packaged and labeled.
  • Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Move and transfer products between various sections of the warehouse as needed
  • Must be able to follow a process plan.
  • Promote a clean work area to prevent possible injuries and/or tripping hazards to self and others
  • Perform all additional duties as required

  Skills and qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep records.
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Attention to detail for checking stock accuracy and handling items carefully.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and coworkers.
