      Role Title: Warehouse Team Member 2 / FLT Driver

      Salary: £45,492.35

      Working Hours: 6pm – 6am. 4 week rolling rota Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Week 4: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

      What will this role achieve?

      As a Team Member, you’ll work across different areas of our Supply Chain. You’ll work closely with your team and need to be flexible and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed.

      What will be your key deliverables?

      • Moving materials to the Mixing Room and Manufacturing areas

      • Loading finished goods onto trailers

      • Operating forklift trucks and other machinery

      • Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.

      • Deliver products to the defined standard specifications.

      • Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.

      • Deliver the Warehouse plan to maintain customer service levels.

      • Demonstrate good communication skill.

      • Delivering the ingredients and packaging to factories using the Fork Lift Trucks

      • Physical role – walking around the factory / Warehouse.

      • Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required.

      • Support the production plan effectively with quality being the priority.

      • Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely.

      Bring your experience

      Essential

      • Can work well with others and be open to learning and change

      • We’re looking for people who can work flexibly and adapt to change. You’ll get support to help you succeed.

      Desirable

      • Up to date Counterbalance Forklift License

      • Manufacturing Warehouse experience

      • Power Pallet truck license

      Ideally, you’ll have experience working within a Warehouse in a quality-focused environment.

      What does the recruitment process consist of?

      Assessments – Swift Comprehensive Aptitude and a Workplace English assessment. These should take around 60 minutes to complete.

      Interview – 45-60 minute competency-based interview based on our company values and your experience.

      If you are an internal member of staff, you might not need to do all the assessments it is dependent on your current role.
