High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field preferred
FINRA SIE and Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 required, or must be obtained within the following timeline:
Series 65 or 66: within 60 days of hire
Serve as a core member of the Wealth Consultant phone‑based team, providing point‑in‑time financial guidance and building strong client–advisor relationships. You will receive qualified leads from service center teams along with assigned customer accounts.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and risk‑capacity evaluations to support informed investment recommendations. Implement advanced retail strategies including retirement income planning, wealth accumulation, and portfolio optimization for mass affluent clients within Osaic’s house account segment.
Maintain deep and current knowledge of financial securities, investment products, insurance solutions, and related planning strategies to deliver timely, accurate guidance. Consistently meet monthly sales and production targets aligned with business objectives.
Manage ongoing client relationships, serving as an Investment Advisor Representative when appropriate. Performance will be measured through customer satisfaction, engagement, and asset retention.
Support clients with account openings, transitions, and funding activities, ensuring a smooth, professional, and compliant experience from start to finish.
3–5+ years of financial services experience; phone‑based or sales-focused roles preferred
Demonstrated success in sales, client relationship management, and guiding clients through financial decisions
Strong knowledge of accumulation and decumulation planning, with the ability to apply product expertise across securities, investments, and insurance
Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting or exceeding sales, productivity, and engagement goals
Commitment to SEC, FINRA, and DOL fiduciary standards with consistently high levels of integrity and professionalism
Experience managing ongoing client relationships, including acting as an Investment Advisor Representative when applicable
Genuine curiosity and strong discovery skills to uncover client needs
Excellent time management and organizational abilities, ensuring efficient, high‑value client support
Solution‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset that supports growth and proactive problem solving
Deep knowledge of investment products and the ability to tailor recommendations to each client’s unique situation
Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and dedication to continuous learning
Ability to thrive in an environment that values empowerment, accountability, and learning from experience

Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office.
Role Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually + eligibility for a variable sales incentive bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including skills, securities registrations, years of experience, and continuing education.
