Job Description
- Req#: JP-005857239
- Operate MIG welders to produce steel and aluminum components
- Set up and adjust welding equipment, including replacing welding wire and tips
- Gather designated parts from baskets, stacks, skids, or floor setups
- Place finished products onto conveyor lines or other designated areas
- Perform visual and periodic measurement inspections using blueprints
- Report equipment issues to your supervisor or maintenance team
- Record daily production output (part/model numbers and quantities)
- Use grinders to remove burrs and excess welding wire
- Monitor material levels and alert your supervisor of shortages
- Basic MIG welding proficiency
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with flux core and fabrication
- Welding certificate (or currently pursuing one)
- Understanding of production‑style welding
- Experience with 16–12 gauge steel
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Entry‑level friendly with opportunities to learn and grow

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
