  Welder – Join a High‑Profile Project in Vancouver

  Job Description

  We’re looking for a skilled, detail‑oriented Welder to join our team on one of the most prestigious construction projects in Canada—the largest hospital build in the country. If you take pride in high‑quality fabrication, enjoy solving problems on the fly, and want a role with long‑term potential, this is an excellent opportunity.

  You’ll perform MIG and fluxcore welding, metal cutting, grafting, and precision fabrication work. You’ll also complete inspection reports, document progress with photos, and help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Comfort using an iPad for reporting is essential.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG and fluxcore welding with precision
  • Cut, graft, and fabricate metal according to exact measurements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete inspection reports and photo documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions

  Essential Skills

  • Strong proficiency with hand tools
  • 4+ years of welding experience
  • 1+ year of construction experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Excellent attention to detail

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Auto body experience is an asset
  • WHMIS certification
  • Ability to safely operate MIG welders, saws, presses, punching equipment, and other power tools

  Work Environment
