Job Description

- Compensation: $25-28/hour
- Location: Midland, TX
- Assignment Duration: 6 months+
- Work Schedule: 10/4

- Entry level position for the a candidate with the right aptitude
Assist with maintaining and repairing production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations
Assist in the maintenance and repair of production equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, making necessary adjustments or repairs
Work alongside production staff to meet quality and production goals
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Perform general field duties as assigned by the supervisor
Must be dependable, motivated, and punctual
Mechanically inclined candidates strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must live within 40 minutes of Midland, TX (No man camp provided)
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks as needed
High school diploma or GED (required)
