      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new accounts to secure favorable specifications for products
      - Utilize persuasive sales techniques to communicate product features and benefits to prospects
      - Analyze sales records and trends to forecast revenue and set territory budgets
      - Coordinate with technical engineering support to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of services
      - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and at trade shows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
      - Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and CRM databases
      - Strong customer service skills with experience in negotiating contracts
      - Ability to travel up to 60% as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience calling on Consultant Engineers and Department of Transportations
      - Familiarity with Design Build and 3 P bidding processes
      - Background in technical sales or engineering support
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing performance
      - Excellent public speaking skills and experience presenting to large groups
