      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contribute content to the project's social media platforms by posting daily updates and enhancing audience engagement
      - Write, proof, and post digital text while uploading videos and other materials to project and station websites
      - Write and maintain the Wisconsin Life bi-weekly newsletter
      - Serve as a liaison between the production team and viewers, verifying information from featured individuals
      - Assist producers with research, transcribing interviews, and providing production support during on-location video shoots

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Broadcast Journalism, Marketing, or Communications preferred
      - Demonstrated writing skills and familiarity with A.P. style
      - Knowledge of WordPress and MailChimp or similar newsletter software
      - Proficiency in Adobe software, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
      - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with the production team

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in broadcasting or media production
      - Familiarity with audience engagement strategies on social media
      - Experience in conducting interviews and research
      - Knowledge of video production processes
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
