      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the Signal Organize and Solve (SOS) framework to identify and mitigate emerging risk signals
      - Utilize Lean Six Sigma and analytical methods to detect process gaps and emerging risks
      - Conduct data-driven assessments to evaluate process health and identify root causes of issues
      - Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other teams to manage risk exposure and provide guidance
      - Develop and deliver clear reporting on key risk indicators and emerging themes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
      - At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management
      - At least 1 year of experience in Project Management
      - At least 1 year of experience in People Leadership
      - Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office for at least 2 years

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management
      - At least 2 years of experience in Process Management
      - Experience in cross-functional work and influencing stakeholders
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration
      - Ability to innovate and offer ideas regularly
