What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 80-100 incoming calls daily to book quality reservations for multiple brands
- Utilize proven sales strategies to overcome objections and close reservations
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Strive to meet and exceed monthly personal and department metrics
- Adhere to a set full-time schedule with scheduled breaks and lunches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
- Minimum of one year of sales experience
- At least two years of consecutive work experience with one employer
- Must reside in specific states as listed in the job description
- Must have a defined working space free from distractions
