What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prioritize and manage the squad's backlog to ensure timely delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and feature rollouts
- Track progress against goals and key deliverables for supported projects
- Collaborate closely with the permanent Product Owner to understand existing plans and stakeholder needs
- Act as the voice of the customer and business, coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional product teams
- Maintain transparency and keep priorities aligned while ensuring adherence to agile practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem and HR processes
- Knowledge of the Workday HCM module
- Proven ability to integrate into existing teams and start contributing immediately
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Solid understanding of HR processes and Workday capabilities (Core HR, Absence, Mobility)
