      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and support HR databases, systems, and Workday modules for core Human Resources functions
      - Provide technical expertise and analytical support for Workday business processes and system requirements
      - Act as a generalist resource within Workday, partnering with HR stakeholders to resolve routine system issues
      - Maintain data accuracy through audits and quality dashboards, collaborating with HRIS SMEs
      - Assist with configuration updates and support the development of job aids and knowledge articles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
      - 1-3 years of related work experience
      - Hands-on experience supporting or administering Workday required
      - Experience supporting multiple HR functional areas and executing operational transactions preferred
      - Exposure to HR Shared Services or centralized support models a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with user acceptance testing and release regression testing
      - Familiarity with HR system operations and standard practices in data management
      - Strong analytical skills to assess HR data and system configurations
