      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Obtain all required authorizations for patients via internet and/or phone in a timely manner
      - Respond promptly to inquiries from clinics through telephone, email, or tasking
      - Keep providers informed about patient authorization status, including approvals and denials
      - Contact insurance companies and escalate issues when authorization approvals and claim payments are delayed
      - Assist in identifying denial trends and providing resolution to unpaid accounts with payers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable follow-up, emphasizing denial management
      - Understanding of clinic operations related to patient registration, referrals, authorizations, and cash collections
      - Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
      - Knowledge of insurance payer reimbursement, authorization, collection practices, and practice management systems
      - Effective interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, Risk Management, and Compliance practices
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
