      Transformative Leadership Opportunity

      Lead the future of workers' compensation technology at Enlyte. This visionary role goes beyond traditional product management—you'll spearhead revolutionary innovations that fundamentally transform how the industry approaches medical bill review and claims management.

      Your Impact

      As Director of Product Management, you'll drive transformative initiatives that redefine workers' compensation:

      • Revolutionize Decision Support: Pioneer AI-driven tools that deliver real-time "next best action" recommendations to adjusters, dramatically improving claim outcomes and efficiency

      Strategic Leadership

      You'll lead a team of 5+ product managers while collaborating with executive leadership to:

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering, Computer Science); Masters/MBA preferred
      • 12-15+ years experience with demonstrated innovation in product management
      • Proven leadership driving technological transformation in insurance or healthcare
      • Deep understanding of P&C insurance dynamics and workers' compensation challenges
      • Experience leveraging data analytics, AI/ML, or automation technologies to solve complex business problems
      • Strategic vision paired with execution excellence
      • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 - $160,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
