- Promote a place that celebrates and embodies our five company values and the brand tenants at Marvin
- Develop and support experimental approaches for our employees to prototype new ways of working in their organization
- Curator of the space and how it lives and breathes and how people engage with it
- Voice into future renovations based on learnings and feedback on the employee workspace experience
- Offer concierge services to make the day a little easier for employees and guests
- Build out programs and coordinate events that enable others to experience Marvin in new ways and create brand and company love
- Conducts general Front Office activities such as timely routing of phone calls, monitoring cameras, delivery of mail/messages, etc.
- General office duties, as needed.
- Assist with administrative duties such as coordination of travel and meetings, support communication through various communication channels, data entry and filing, and monitoring of general company email, coordinating services for office equipment, and managing office supply levels.
- Creating and maintaining databases and spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency, compiling reports as needed, etc.
- Execute milestone and recognition programs.
- Facilitate generation of the monthly scorecards, weekly status reports and planning documents.

Marvin needs naturally human-centered and creative team members, called Workspace Experience Coordinators, who can help create and foster the conditions for Marvin to be an inviting place, bringing human centricity and our purpose to life within our spaces, and enabling conditions that contribute to connection, creativity, collaboration… to make our spaces and interactions at Marvin delightful, seamless and memorable. This role requires a track record of putting people first and engaging both internal and external guests within our spaces. In some locations, it will require bridging company and community partnerships to carry the workspace and guest experience into the outside world.
