      About the Role

      ParetoFM is partnering with a prestigious corporate client to appoint two Workspace Experience Managers .

      This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing the full Workspace Management function within a dynamic corporate environment. Reporting to the Head of Workspace, you will drive operational excellence, lead on service delivery, manage budgets, and enhance the overall workplace experience.

      This role goes beyond traditional facilities management — it’s about creating an environment that enables people to perform at their best.

      Key Responsibilities

      Stakeholder Engagement

      • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure workspace services align with business needs.

      • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace initiatives, improvements, and feedback.

      • Build strong cross-functional relationships across the organisation.

      Service Leadership & Operational Management

      • Lead and manage on-site teams and subcontracted services including:

        • Security

        • Front of House (FOH)

        • Cleaning

        • Facilities Management

        • Other specialist service providers

      • Ensure services are delivered to the highest standards with clear SLAs and KPIs.

      • Drive continuous improvement across all workplace services.

      Budget Management

      • Manage and control workspace budgets effectively.

      • Deliver cost-efficient solutions while maintaining service excellence.

      Project Leadership

      • Support and collaborate with the Workplace Project Management team.

      • Lead internal office moves, reconfigurations, and workplace improvement projects.

      • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

      Vendor & Supplier Management

      • Manage supplier relationships and performance.

      • Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.

      • Ensure compliance with contractual, ethical, and governance standards.

      Health & Safety

      • Work closely with HSQA teams to implement and maintain H&S procedures.

      • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

      • Champion a strong safety-first culture across the workplace.

      Business Continuity

      • Partner with the Business Continuity team to support operational resilience.

      • Contribute to planning and readiness for potential disruptions.

      Employee Wellbeing & Engagement

      • Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement.

      • Promote modern workplace practices and wellbeing-focused environments.

      What We’re Looking For

      • Proven experience in Workspace, Workplace or Facilities Management within a corporate environment

      • Experience managing multi-service environments (Security, FOH, Cleaning, FM, subcontractors)

      • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

      • Budget ownership and financial management experience

      • Demonstrable experience leading workplace projects (moves, reconfigurations, refurbishments)

      • Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance

      • A proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused mindset
