What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Use pneumatic nail guns and reciprocating saws to repair pallets
- Place pallets on repair tables, remove defective boards, replace with new boards, and nail boards into place
- Troubleshoot jams and perform basic maintenance on the saw
- Stand for long periods and lift pallets weighing 60-75 lbs repeatedly
- Operate nail guns with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance
- Ability to concentrate on tasks
- Strong communication skills to understand and convey information
- Must be 18 years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience working in an industrial, fast-paced environment with industrial machinery
