      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule patient appointments using appointment scheduling software
      - Accept incoming patient phone calls and triage patient needs for timely appointments
      - Determine appropriate physician placement for patients based on pre-determined criteria
      - Retrieve appointment requests and make outbound calls to patients for scheduling
      - Gather and update insurance information and notify patients of financial expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent is required
      - Six months of appointment scheduling experience in a healthcare setting preferred
      - Intermediate computer skills
      - Strong customer service abilities
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Prior experience in a healthcare setting
      - Demonstrated conflict management skills
      - Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously
      - Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
