What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and voice support
- Guide customers through inquiries about products, systems, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with external teams to resolve customer issues effectively
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in customer interactions
- Manage high-volume inbound calls while adhering to a strict schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to type at least 30 words per minute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work-from-home experience
- Familiarity with email and chat support
- Experience with customer support/relationship management software
- Passion for automotive topics and electric vehicles
- Prior experience in automotive customer support/service
