What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses
- Organize and maintain email folders and labels within Google Workspace for efficient retrieval
- Facilitate communication between in-house teams via email and online tools
- Maintain and organize files and folders within Google Drive for team access
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings while supporting other administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in email management and administrative support
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection
