What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements
- Monitor equipment and product quality
- Troubleshoot product or equipment issues
- Communicate effectively during shift and at shift hand-off
- Document activities on Tier Boards and in relevant systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Good mechanical and technical skills
- Experience on Perfect Binders and other relevant equipment
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects
- Competent with rulers and measurement

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement
- Experience in a vocational/technical degree program
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with computer-based workflow applications
- Experience on hard-cover casing-in lines and other specialized equipment
