- Review and verify customer orders for accuracy (products, quantities, details)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and support platforms
- Update and maintain accurate customer and order records
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before order processing
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Provide timely and professional customer support
- Must be based in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email, data entry)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Prior customer service or data entry experience is a plus (not required)
