      We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Verification & Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer orders for accuracy while assisting customers with inquiries and updates.

      This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

      Key Responsibilities
      1. Review and verify customer orders for accuracy (products, quantities, details)
      2. Respond to customer inquiries via email and support platforms
      3. Update and maintain accurate customer and order records
      4. Identify and resolve discrepancies before order processing
      5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
      6. Provide timely and professional customer support

      Requirements
      1. Must be based in the United States
      2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      3. Good written communication skills
      4. Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, email, data entry)
      5. Ability to work independently and stay organized
      6. Prior customer service or data entry experience is a plus (not required)
