      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft responses to discovery demands and assist clients with related inquiries
      - Review and serve responses to discovery demands
      - Assist attorneys in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation
      - Attend arbitrations, depositions, mediations, and trials with an admitted attorney
      - Prepare briefs to assist clients in presenting cases in small claims court

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor
      - Must be graduating from law school in Spring 2026
      - Strong skills in evidence gathering, legal document preparation, and legal research
      - Experience in litigation and mediation is preferred
      - Ability to work under the direction and supervision of an admitted attorney

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous internships or clerkships within a corporate legal department or law firm
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      - Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
      - Demonstrated commitment to public service or community involvement
