      About the Opportunity

      The ABA Scheduling Manager /Continuity of Care Manager leads our enterprise strategy to prevent and minimize cancellations, maximize session attendance, and ensure families receive their clinically recommended treatment hours. This role orchestrates proactive outreach, rapid recovery plans, and data-driven interventions across our technology platforms and develops any new technology needs. They support a green zone cancellation profile and strong monthly utilization.

      Starting Pay: $70,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience
      • Maintains green-across-the-board cancellation profile
      • Achieves 40%+ cancellation make-up rate
      • Lifts clients to 70% utilization through targeted offers
      • Operationalize strategy for red and yellow families
      • Deploy and continuously improve in-app cancellation prompts
      • Own data and reporting including monitoring KPIs and dashboards
      • Conduct surveys and interviews with caregivers and high-risk families
      • Cross-departmental collaboration
      • Lead same-day substitution and make-up workflows and strategy
      • Enforce client cancellation policy standards and thresholds
      • Build and maintain playbooks for cancellation strategies for continuous improvement
      • Any other job duties as assigned


      About You

      Requirements and Qualifications
      • 3-5 Years in ABA Operations, Scheduling, or Care Coordination with measurable success reducing cancellations and improving utilization
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, business management) or equivalent experience
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite)

      • Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work
      • Constant sitting; frequent up and down out of chair
      • Constant use of telephone, speaking, listening
      • Constant document handling, use of copier and fax machine, filing
      • Frequent typing, use of computer
      • Occasional walking around building
      • Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling
      • Occasional lifting, carrying, moving of items up to 20 pounds
      • Occasional walking to, bending to enter, sitting and using upper and lower limbs to drive car
