      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage insurance follow-up on carrier denials and no insurance response claims for the employer's medical services
      - Act as a liaison for the daily follow-up of denied and no response claims to maximize reimbursement
      - Oversee and instruct support staff regarding accounts receivable rules and procedures
      - Conduct research on individual accounts and summarize findings in reports
      - Resolve problem and delinquent accounts in collaboration with supervisors and collection agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four years of related work experience, with at least two years in the same job family at a lower level, or an Associate's degree with two years of related work experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent educational background
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
      - Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of workload accurately
      - Demonstrated record of excellent attendance and punctuality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of EPIC and EPIC WQs
      - Experience with ICD9 and CPT4 coding systems
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
      - PC data entry experience
