What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and operational excellence
- Communicate regularly with key client contacts to update on project performance and build relationships
- Design business reviews, KPIs, employee development plans, and monthly reports
- Ensure profitability of projects through accurate invoicing and expense analysis
- Provide coaching and performance management for team members and oversee compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree in life sciences or healthcare from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles with increased responsibilities, including managing direct reports
- At least 2 years of experience managing remote-based employees
- Prior experience within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- Understanding of the current pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
