What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with Plan Advisors and decision-makers of Plan Sponsors to optimize product delivery
- Achieve annual sales, persistency, and profitability targets
- Collaborate with distribution partners to strengthen relationships with Group Benefits Advisors
- Promote and optimize the delivery of group insurance products and services
- Work autonomously while also collaborating with a larger sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 4-6 years of Group Benefits sales experience, ideally working towards CEBS/GBA designations
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in client presentations
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license
