What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute go-to-market sales within assigned accounts in the Northeast
- Develop and manage pipeline to exceed quota and provide accurate forecasts
- Build trusted relationships with public agencies, engineering firms, and channel partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive hardware and software solutions
- Manage complex deals through the specification, procurement, and funding cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Over five (5) years of sales experience in transportation, infrastructure technology, or public sector SaaS/hardware
- Proven ability to manage a quota and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
- Experience navigating government procurement, funding sources, and RFPs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience selling intelligent transportation systems, traffic sensors, or analytics software to public sector clients
- Experience with indirect or partner-led sales models (dealer/distributor)
