What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult and sell PLM and CPQ software to prospective clients
- Acquire and qualify new customer leads
- Identify customer requirements and present tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and support clients throughout the sales cycle
- Manage and maintain sales projects and customer data in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Native-level proficiency in German and strong English language skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Quick learner with adaptability and a strong solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work independently and engage directly with clients on-site
