      - Strong leadership and people skills for effective relationship-building
      - Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred
      - Ability to identify problems and develop innovative solutions

      - Previous experience working with school administrators or in the education sector
      - Familiarity with educational pedagogy and market trends in EdTech
