What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, maintain, and proactively manage project timelines, milestones, and deadlines across creative and production workstreams
- Schedule and lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
- Support and help produce photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning and post-production workflows
- Manage projects end-to-end across the full lifecycle: planning, creative development, production, and delivery
- Ensure high-quality standards across creative and production outputs while adapting to evolving creative needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in creative project management and/or photo and video production
- Proven experience in supporting and producing photo and video shoots, including pre-production and on-set coordination
- Experience managing creative projects across the full lifecycle, from intake and planning through production and delivery
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
