What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform installation of complex assigned accounts, including development of account structures and billing setups
- Research and resolve setup and structure issues, ensuring adherence to quality measures
- Update internal databases to maintain tracking information and monitor inventory control
- Provide new hire support through training and pre-auditing
- Cross-train existing associates to enhance team capabilities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with database management and reporting standards
- Familiarity with account management documentation and internal systems
- Proven interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various departments
