What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and grow relationships while executing strategic plans to increase territory revenue
- Set clear objectives for each sales interaction based on the needs of decision-makers and influencers within the account
- Collaborate with colleagues to create executional plans that meet customer and organizational needs
- Execute marketing plans for specific products to drive adoption and change customer behavior
- Attain quarterly and annual sales quotas while ensuring compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Territory includes Rochester, Batavia, and Elmira, NY
- Strong customer focus and ability to build strong customer relationships

- Experience in the eye care industry or with vision care products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with needs-based selling approaches
- Strong adaptability and decision-making skills
- Excellent persuasion and communication abilities
