      We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in executive search or headhunting. In this role, you’ll lead recruitment projects for our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering an exceptional search experience from start to finish.       What You'll Do
      Recruitment Project Management

      • Own and lead end-to-end search engagements using Peak’s proven methodology
      • Partner with our internal sourcing team to identify, assess, and secure top sales talent
      • Ensure high-quality, timely execution that meets or exceeds client expectations
      • Consistently meet placement targets and quarterly KPIs


      Client Relationship Management

      • Act as a trusted advisor to your portfolio of accounts, understanding both immediate and long-term hiring needs
      • Cultivate lasting relationships through value-driven communication and execution
      • Generate additional revenue through repeat business, referrals, and organic growth


      Talent Evaluation & Customer Success

      • Bring a sharp eye for top-tier talent, with a strong grasp of how to align candidates to a client’s sales DNA
      • Deliver tailored solutions that anticipate client needs and maximize impact


      Operational Excellence

      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce) to support forecasting and pipeline visibility
      • Generate predictable performance that contributes to team and company growth


      Cross-Functional Collaboration

      • Work closely with sourcing specialists, leadership, and other account managers to ensure seamless project delivery
      • Contribute ideas to improve internal processes, workflows, and client experience



      What You Bring

      • 3–10 years of experience managing recruitment/search projects within an executive search or headhunting agency
      • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and sales/revenue targets
      • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills—you’re client-focused and consultative
      • Strong business acumen and ability to influence hiring decisions at the executive level
      • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
      • Familiarity with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to data and pipeline management (Salesforce experience a plus)
