What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update and add transactions, client information, and real estate data to the database
- Examine and amend data to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies found in the data
- Adhere to privacy and data security regulations
- Assist in creating reports and presentations using the acquired data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary
- Solid background in data entry or a related field
- Strong command of language and procedures used in real estate
- Proficiency in computers, including the MS Office suite and data input programs
- Exceptional precision and attention to detail
