What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate school purchases, including field trips and events
- Verify and process invoices to ensure financial accuracy
- Ensure the accuracy of student funding allocations
- Process order returns, cancellations, and adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient accounting operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes
- Proven experience in accounting or financial roles
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
