      Reporting to the Senior Director, Customer & Employee Engagement, this role is a key operational partner responsible for delivering proactive, high quality administrative and organizational support. Working with leaders and their teams, this position ensures seamless coordination, strong communication flow, and a consistently professional experience for internal and external stakeholders .

      Y ou will need sound judgment, exceptional prioritization skills, and a solutions oriented mindset to navigate a wide range of confidential, time sensitive, and complex responsibilities. This role is central to keeping the Customer & Employee Engagement department running efficiently .

      About the Role

      • Provide confidential administrative support by a nticipat ing needs and ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately.

      • Expertly manage the Senior Director’s calendar, ensuring time is optimized and priorities are on track.

      • Prepare agendas, minutes, action items, and follow ups .

      • C oordinate meetings, conferences, offsites and special events - keeping everyone aligned through excellent organization and communication.

      • Handle multiple priorities, track deadlines, manage workflows, and streamline processes .

      • Create clear, polished presentation decks and support communication initiatives .

      • Support project management initiatives with scheduling, documentation, and task tracking .

      • Assist with financial reporting, expense reconciliation, and operational reporting .

      • Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams across the LCBO as needed.

      About You

      • 2+ years administrative experienc e supporting S enior L eadership across different business divisions.

      • Post-secondary administrative education or equivalent experience.

      • Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail .

      • Ability to multitask and proactively anticipate needs.

      • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

      • Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) .

      • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and a customer-service mindset .

      • Flair for visual presentations ( Powe r Point )
