      Responsibilities PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled and talented Administrative Assistant (L03). The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the R&D Foods Platform Team. Responsibilities range from travel arrangements, executive support, filing and invoice processing, to ensuring the accuracy of databases and report generation and presentation creation. Ensure seamless calendar management/ meeting scheduling for all Executive stakeholders while managing the Leadership team coordination for various admin related tasks (includes staff meetings and meetings with senior management). Coordinate and manage travel related arrangements for all the above executive leaders by adhering to the smart spend policy and strict safety guidelines especially in the covid scenario, which includes the preparation of travel documents, as warranted. Processing expense reports for the executive team Coordinating meetings and external events as needed. Including Planning team outing / Fun activities Handling departmental projects as assigned. Cross functional collaboration with high end communication with most important leaders within the organization Maintain communication across Corporate leaders & team to ensure collaboration Preparing and handling highly confidential and proprietary information. Maintaining high level of confidentiality of important meetings and decisions for effective execution of business strategies by building the culture of trust, truth and candor Maintaining content, accuracy and visual organization of files (or informational databases). Organizing, maintaining and procuring office supplies. Managing, updating and appropriately communicating departmental documents (i.e. organizational announcements, Distribution lists, service anniversary lists). Ability to anticipate needs and issues and act accordingly in addition to exhibiting good judgment. Proven track record of supporting and managing multiple and competing priorities. Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high intensity work environment. Must be able to flex schedule to meet work demands (ex. early mornings, after hours). Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency with business technology (e.g. web conferencing, eRoom, SAP, portals, etc.) Proficiency in the use of office equipment such as computer, voice messaging and digital multi-functional devices (fax/copier/scanner/printer) This position requires onsite work COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role.
