      Get to Know Your Team:

      • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

      The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing education regarding supplies, implants, and equipment used in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Works closely with Cath Lab leadership, physicians, vendors, and supply chain teams to remain aware of any supply changes or substitutions and support procedural readiness by making staff aware of any supply substitutions or changes in available supplies.

      Job Requirements:

      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Familiarity with Cath Lab supplies, implants, or procedural areas

      Preferred Job Requirements:

      • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field
