Pay Rate: $18 - 20/hrJob SummaryThe Administrative Assistant provides dedicated administrative and reception support to senior leaders at the Vice President (VP) level and the broader team as assigned. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism while supporting both internal and external stakeholders. The position involves handling sensitive information and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by checking deposits, creating drafts, welcoming and assisting clients, preparing emails, coordinating catering orders, and handling ad hoc administrative requests. The role includes scheduling and organizing meetings, booking facilities, arranging equipment and refreshments, and managing calendars.Responsibilities also include preparing reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation with a high degree of accuracy; managing files; tracking data; sorting and distributing mail; balancing and processing expense reports; and responding to incoming inquiries or redirecting them appropriately. The role requires consistent confidentiality, strong judgment, and the ability to prioritize tasks while adapting to changing priorities.Required Skills• Administrative and reception support
