What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet families, staff, and visitors upon arrival
- Answer phones and respond to center emails and voicemails
- Issue class reminders and register students both in person and over the phone
- Assist with website updates and maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and lobby
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent organization, communication, and people skills
- Passion for working in arts education
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and sit or stand for long periods of time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer service role or arts education environment
