Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Administrator (Band 4) to join the NIHR Research Delivery Network (RDN) South East team.
You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative support to the directorate team across the RRDN South East, contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of funded health and social care research.
This is a chance to be part of the new NIHR Research Delivery Network, which is building on the successes of the former NIHR Clinical Research to support vital research across the health and care system in England.

The base for this role can be in one of three offices: Guildford, Falmer (Brighton), or Canterbury. Some cross site travel is required.

Systems and Finance: Developing and maintaining hub systems. Setting up and maintaining systems and databases, utilising the NIHR Hub (including Gmail and Google Drive). Finance administration including collation and maintenance of financial records, and managing the RRDN purchase order process in line with Host processes. Organisational Duties: Taking responsibility for ordering stationery and office supplies. Maintaining efficient filing and tracking systems to ensure continuity of service.
