      NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking a Direct Care Staff for our Adult Services program located in Chelmsford, MA.

      The Oasis program serves four adult men diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries and various medical issues. The program offers residents a full range of services including assistance with ADLs and medical needs, recreational opportunities, transportation, and direct care support.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Medication administration
      • Medication ordering
      • Personal care
      • Laundry
      • Light cleaning
      • Trash removal
      • Transportation (driving the van and taking the individual for medical appointments, outing/shopping and/or to day programs).

      Available Shifts:

      • 1st Shift: 9:00am–3:00pm
      • 2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:00pm

      Compensation:

      • Direct Care: $20/hour
      • Direct Care Asleep: $18/hour
      • Relief: $18/hour

      Job Requirements:

      • High energy level, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to work alone and in a team atmosphere.
      • Current MAP certification preferred. If the candidate is not currently MAP certified and accepts the position, they will be expected to obtain the MAP certification within the first several months of employment.
      • Must hold a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
