      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide taxation support to clients via phone and email for various tax software
      - Utilize active listening skills to manage customer interactions effectively
      - Apply company policies to resolve routine customer issues
      - Log orders from customers interested in purchasing products
      - Participate in software quality control and document frequently asked questions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
      - Strong knowledge of income tax
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - University degree in taxation, accounting, finance, or related field
      - Graduate of the H&R Block tax course
      - Familiarity with corporate income tax (T2/CO-17) and/or trust (T3/TP-646)
      - Interest in taxation and accounting practices
