What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and govern the Salesforce CRM architecture, ensuring scalability and integration standards
- Design and implement intelligent agent systems for various student support teams
- Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for unified learner profiles and AI-driven recommendations
- Act as the technical lead for project coordination, ensuring solution integrity and compliance
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to Salesforce teams, conducting training sessions and workshops
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years in enterprise CRM platforms, with 8-10+ years as a Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect
- Proven ownership of Salesforce architecture decisions across multiple teams or programs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and advanced Agentforce implementations
- Deep understanding of Omni-Channel routing, Salesforce APIs, and automation using Flow
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience designing AI-powered workflows and multi-agent systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tooling
- Experience implementing Data Cloud solutions
- Salesforce CTA or experience operating at CTA-level architectural depth
