What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce, edit, and prepare multimedia content for various digital channels
- Adapt existing assets into platform-specific formats and ensure timely delivery
- Manage multimedia assets from creative handoff through final publication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute approved creative plans
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve production efficiency and quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Design, Communications, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or digital content execution
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe, Canva, and Figma
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting marketing or social media teams
- Exposure to motion graphics or captioning workflows
- Interest in education, edtech, or family-focused brands
- Familiarity with AI-enabled creative or video tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Adobe Firefly)
