      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and coordination support for employee and agent engagement programs, including matching gifts and volunteer grants
      - Assist with logistics for volunteer events and engagement opportunities, including scheduling and materials preparation
      - Support routine grant processing activities, including application review support and data entry
      - Help track participation and basic program information for engagement initiatives
      - Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including scheduling and meeting materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative, coordination, operations, or support role
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Clear written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
      - Willingness to travel a minimum of 15% for programs, events, and related activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with grants management or CRM systems (such as CyberGrants) is a plus
      - Basic familiarity with or willingness to learn AI-enabled tools for administrative efficiency
      - Interest in employee engagement, corporate giving, philanthropy, or nonprofit work
