Assurer le rappel des prospects et d’organiser des visites (Paris et proche banlieue)
Rédiger les annonces des biens à louer qui seront publiées sur Internet
Prendre des photos des actifs à louer
Niveau minimum requis : BTS Professions Immobilières ou Bachelor (Ecoles souhaitées : ESPI, IMSI...)
Expérience professionnelle appréciée (1 an minimum)
Maîtrise du Pack Office
Connaissances linguistiques: Anglais maîtrisé

Sous la direction du responsable des locations du pôle résidentiel, vous aurez en charge le suivi de la commercialisation des appartements vacants au sein du service Asset Management.
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes autour des axes suivants :
-Commercialisation
-Suivi du parc locatif
-Reportings
